In Frederick County, most roads are maintained by The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).  In the Shawneeland Sanitary District and Lake Holiday Sanitary District, on-site maintenance staff provide upkeep for roads and common properties.  If your property is located in a private development, you may need to call that developer or HOA for questions regarding snow removal.
