Dual Party Presidential Primary Election
Tuesday, March 5, 2024
Choose ONLY one:
U.S. President – Republican Party
U.S. President – Democratic Party
No person shall vote for the candidate of more than one party.
Early In-Person voting at the Registrar’s Office: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. January 19 – March 1, 2024. Saturday February 24 and March 2, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, February 12, 2024: Last day to register to vote or change your voter registration information for this election.
Friday, February 23, 2024: Last day to request an absentee ballot by mail. Applications must be received in the Office of Elections by 4:30 p.m.
Ballot Drop Box: Located at the Office of Elections building at 343 Sunnyside Plaza Dr, Winchester, VA 22603. Available during business hours January 22 – March 5, 2024.
All Frederick County Polling places will be open 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. March 5, 2024, and will have ballot drop boxes available for your convenience.
The Office of Elections will be closed February 19, 2024, for President’s Day.
