Valley Logistics industrial complex will include up to 2 million square feet of M1 light industrial, building-ready pad sites. The complex will be built on both sides of the future Renaissance Drive extension, connecting Route 11 with Shady Elm Road, in Frederick County, Virginia. Valley Logistics offers connectivity to CSX rail and Virginia Inland Port.
