Blaine P. Dunn was elected to the Board of Supervisors in a special election on November 3, 2015. He was re-elected to the Board in 2017 and 2021. Mr. Dunn was elected Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for 2023. His current term expires December 31, 2025.

Mr. Dunn serves as the Social Services Board liaison.

Mr. Dunn is the owner and president of Dunn Financial Advisors, LLC. He holds a Certified Financial Planner designation and has been a national board member and Ethics Chair of the National Association of Personal Financial Planners. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson College of Technology and a Masters of Arts degree in Diplomatic History from the University of Massachusetts. 

Prior to establishing Dunn Financial Advisors, LLC, he has been a technical rep, history teacher, and legislative director/staff for three members of congress and two federal agencies.

He is married to Joy A. Dunn, a retired teacher, and has enjoyed living in Winchester since 1997.
