“There are a lot of different positions within the facility. We have line operators, entry level positions in the lab, and we have a lot of people that work in the lab that have just finished their college degrees that are looking for somewhere to start their career. I started here just over six years ago. I worked as a lab tech for about two years and then transferred to our product support department as a Scientist. I spent a couple of years there and then I moved to the role I’m in now as a Scientist with the Quality Control Lab.” – Becca Hartley-Cole, Scientist III
